The AI Enablement Deck is sold as a physical card deck that includes access to digital content, including the videos linked from each card via QR code. We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
We ship physical products to the regions listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
If you are not satisfied with your physical deck, you may request a return within the period stated in our returns policy, subject to the conditions described there. Digital content that has already been accessed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
When you purchase a deck, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the cards and access the associated videos for your own internal and professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or publicly share the content without our written permission.
All content on the Site and within our products — including text, designs, card frameworks, videos, logos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to The AI Decks and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
Our products and content are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The AI Decks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
