The AI Decks makes physical and digital card decks that align AI adoption across an entire company. The flagship deck holds 45 plays in three levels — employees, managers, executives — each card a specific move, each combo a link to the card that answers it on another level.
Who is it for?

How are the decks used?
In the flow of real work: an employee pitches an idea with card 2-1, their manager answers it under card 6-3, and the executive team’s card 8-1 says who decides. Teams also deal them into strategy sessions, weekly meetings, enablement programs, and one-on-ones.
What's inside a deck?
45 cards across 9 chapters — three per level. Every card: a title, a tagline, four concrete steps, a linked article, and two combos. The combos wire the levels together into 15 circuits, from desk to boardroom and back.
How does the AI coach work?
