SKILLS

AI literacy means your team knows what the tools are. AI fluency means they know what to do with them — in their own work, under real constraints. The distance between the two is where competitive advantage lives.

Literacy is awareness

Most organisations have reached literacy: people have read the threads, watched the keynotes, tried a chatbot. It’s necessary, but it doesn’t change how work gets done.

Fluency is judgement

Fluency shows up as judgement — knowing which task to hand to a model, how to check its work, and when not to use it at all. That only develops through repeated, guided practice on real problems.

The deck is built for that practice: a play per situation, four steps to act, and a coach on call. Literacy gets you talking about AI. Fluency gets you results from it.
