An offsite is the rare moment a leadership team is in one room with permission to think. Spend it well and you leave with alignment, not just a slide deck. The cards are built for exactly this kind of session.
Before the room
Pick three or four fields that match where the business actually is. Pull the relevant cards. You now have a structured agenda instead of an open-ended discussion that drifts.
In the room
Work one card at a time. Read the play, run the four steps as a group, scan the QR code when you want the coach to settle a debate. Decisions get made because every card ends in an action with an owner.
After
