They span the full arc of adoption: leading from the front, upskilling leaders, building culture, designing decision systems, rewiring incentives, strategising across the org, strengthening data fluency, empowering talent, and operationalising responsible AI.
Where to start
Start where the friction is loudest. If leaders aren’t bought in, begin with leadership. If pilots keep dying, begin with culture and incentives. The right first field is the one blocking everything else.
